At this point, I am in Las Vegas!! My best friend and I came out here for a girls weekend. Neither of us have ever been before, so we’re really both excited. So this random thought note is a slight compilation from the week. 
- I have to say, overall, this has been a good week. The weather is just beautiful! My car is yellow with pollen though and is disgusting. One of the things I HATE about the south. One of my good friends and I went to the tennis courts last night to hit the ball around and the courts are surrounded by trees. Guess what – the courts were yellow. Everytime the ball hit, there was a cloud of pollen. So nasty. I couldn’t wait to wash my hands. But it was really nice to be outside, so I can’t complain too much.
- For my fellow geeks – I bought a Flip Video Camera for this trip. I’ve been eyeing it for awhile thinking it would be fun to take on trips and I finally saw it on sale at BestBuy.com. Note for all readers, when I went to BestBuy, it wasn’t on sale there. I asked the guy about it and he looked it up and gladly matched my price. So I saved my money. Very exciting! I can’t wait to use it. So far I’ve been playing with it and it’s got really good quality. I got the UltraHD one.
And just because I wanted to test it and do something new for my readers. Here’s a little treat for you all! (Ok, I hope it works!)
- You may have noticed a new button over to the right side called the ‘Firestarter Sessions’. I discovered Danielle LaPorte via other blog and absolutely fell in love with what she had to offer. I felt like it was designed and made for ME. Someone who wants to start a new business but doesn’t know how and needs a little inspiration and “kick in the pants”. This series has 17 sessions to read, 17 videos and 20 worksheets! Since it’s only on pre-order right now, I got one of the chapters, a video and worksheet to do and it was amazing.
