Hello my ChicGeek friends – how was your weekend? Did you have a good Mother’s Day? I had a nice weekend. I went home to spend the weekend with my mother. One of my brother’s came home with his wife on Friday. Friday night we went to a “sip and stroll” downtown. That’s where some of the shops downtown offer samples of wine and snacks. It was a lot of fun. Got a lot of wine. 
Then Saturday morning, my sister-in-law and I took my mom up to the mall to get a make-over at the Estee Lauder counter. Then let her spend some money on new makeup and skincare. I think she had a good time. I hope she did! 
We stopped by Wolf Camera so I could get a new lens for my camera and did lunch. Later that day, my sister-in-law’s parents came over for a cook-out. It was a nice day! Sunday we didn’t do too much since we spent Saturday celebrating and we all had to go our separate ways home. 
Since I had a new lens and a new flash, I needed to practice taking pictures, the dogs were perfect subjects! Well, this is how they felt by the time I was done. Lol!

definitely need to do more shots of your doggies…they’re too cute!! aren’t they impossible to take shots of though? our dogs are always moving!!

Thanks all!! Lol, they are impossible. They usually love getting their picture taken. I don’t know why this time they didn’t like it.
