Are you into Modern Trees or are you more of a Traditional Gal? Here are some Modern Trees I found today. What do you think? Some of them are really interesting. I really like the one from John Lewis and would probably decorate that for my house.

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am the ChicGeek or as I'm otherwise known as, Lori. I currently live and work in Atlanta, GA. I call myself the ChicGeek because I am an IT professional but I'm also obsessed with interior design and general chicness. I just started going back to school to get a diploma for Interior Design. While I'm not working, studying or blogging, I enjoy to travel and take pictures. All these things I want to share with you in my blog. So I hope you take some time to enjoy these things with me!

It’s funny — when I first read your question, I thought “traditional.” But then I scrolled down and saw the Nordic Design tree, and I’m a convert!
I once saw a pic (in Real Simple, I think) of a tree outline made on a wall with Christmas lights. It was designed for small spaces, where there’s not enough room for a tree. I still love that idea. Maybe I’m not as into traditional trees as I thought.
Brigitte, isn’t it funny? I actually thought the same thing when I first starting looking at them. But then the more I saw the more I started liking them. Some are a little more out there than others but some are really nice.
That sounds like a nice idea! It’s always interesting to reevaluate our thoughts every now and then.
