For my blogging e-class, Holly Becker’s “Blogging Your Way”, our assignment this week was to create a mood board to show what we wanted our blog to look like. This was a physical assignment, so we had to use things around the house and not things copy/paste our inspiration files off the web. Here’s what I came up:
On the right side is some of my travel memories, in the middle is my interior decorating and then on the left is my paint chips of my favorite colors. Underneath it all, I wrapped it with my favorite fabric for both the color and for my quilting .
This was a great challenge! I enjoyed it very much!

Hi Lori! Oh, I love the colors you’ve used and all the wonderful, personal mementos! Really makes it so personal and fun. Thanks for stopping by, too! – g

Hi fellow Atlantan and BYW classmate! I love it! And I miss ticket stubs – every time I opt for the print it yourself version at ticketmaster I cringe – there is something about those old stubs I can never let go of!

Very creative, indeed! I love that you put all of your “loves” in the same board instead of having just one theme. My favorite color is pink too. I saw your pictures of NYC from your Etsy shop. You captured the essence of the city. Well done, Lori!
