I’m not very good with New Year Resolutions and keeping them. But I saw somewhere else in my blog reading about New Year Intentions and I thought that had a nice meaning to it. So here are my New Year Intentions. I’ll try better this year to keep them in check and be accountable to them on my blog.
1/7/11 – Edited my Intentions – see edits in Italics
1. Lose 10-15 pounds
a. working out regularly – at least 3 times a week
b. eating better (see more later)
c. take stairs instead of elevator
2. Treat my body better
a. eat more (ok, eat, period!) fruits and veggies
b. work out regularly
c. get at least 7 hours of sleep each night
d. watch what products I use on my skin
e. drink more water
3. Increase personal development
a. read at least one business/personal development book a month
b. listen to one audiobook a month during new longer commute 
c. spend quiet time writing in journal
d. try and write three things I’m thankful for each day
e. take at least one photography class per six months
4. Grow Blog/Etsy shop
a. be more consistent with my blog posts – at least 4 times a week
b. advertise Etsy though Twitter and other blogs
c. create more Etsy products
5. Spent more quality time with my husband
a. set aside “date time” at least once every other week to go out
b. turn off the tv and eat dinner at the table
c. set up creative dates
d. fun vacations away
6. Get my finances in order
a. Pay off credit cards
b. Increase savings
c. Watch where my money is going more carefully
Those are my New Year Intentions for now! What are yours?

Your intentions sounds like mine. I have creative time each Wednesday to learn how to sew, knit, crochet, cross stitch.
