Since we will be moving back to our house, (boo!) we have talked about redoing the master bathroom. The only thing I am thinking about keeping is the cabinets, toilet and bathtub to save some money. But other than that we are going to redo all the tile, counter and flooring. While browsing for some inspiration, I think I found exactly what I had in my mind.
We already have white cabinets, so therefore I am wanting to keep things in a white tone. I was leaning towards a subway tile in the shower area and that’s exactly the type of granite I was looking for. I wasn’t sure what type of flooring to put down but I really like this penny tile. Perfect inspiration! And to pick up the grey in the granite, I love this picture for the wall color:
Yay! So excited to have inspiration in picture form instead of just in my head. When we do the construction I will definitely be posting pictures!

I like the penny tile on the floor in the first picture but I also like the contrast of the slate in the second picture. Sorry you have to move back to your house though :/

Rebecca – Haha now that I look at pictures again, I think I’m liking the contrast too. What are your thoughts on something that would look good with that type of granite but still have a contrast to the white but match the gray?

Hey Anna, we were but in December she lost her job and decided she couldn’t continue to purchase the house.
So they had to back out of the contract. True! So now we are moving back in…and eventually put it back up for sale.

Hi Brigitte, it’s a townhouse and I really want something detached, something a little bigger – where we can have people over. Right now it’s so small I don’t feel like I can have people over for dinner especially since we don’t even have real kitchen table! It’s crowded when family comes to visit, etc. It was a great starter place for us but I think we’re growing out of it! But it looks like we’ll be there for a little bit longer when we move back in as I’m tired of trying to sell it.
