Ever have a couple of days were you’re just down? I was having one of those days Friday and this song came on my Pandora station and somehow just touched me and reminded me life is still worthwhile. Sometimes its just the little things that we need to cheer us up, a little smile from a friend, a friendly email or comment from a blogger buddy, flowers from your significant other, getting lost in music, alone time with your thoughts, a cup of coffee from your favorite coffeehouse. What is it that you do on those days?

    My approach probably isn’t the healthiest. I tell my husband to steer clear and just let myself grump a while. I find that I get sick of being down and generally snap out of it after a few hours. If the feeling is lingering, a looong walk outside always does the trick.

    I think we can all relate to those days! I find just getting out of my head and doing something fun helps…like playing rock band or watching a funny movie or dancing around to some music…something that gets me laughing.
