Another late post. Trying to get my house ready for company and working on some Christmas presents. I am making some quilts as presents and wanted to have a couple more ready to get to my mom. She’s the master quilter. I just really just pretend to quilt. But anyways, she’ll do the final quilting for me on the long-arm quilting machine. It just got too late for me to finish them for her this weekend. I put in a good effort but got too late and too busy with the decorating. You’ll see those results on tomorrow’s post. So I’ll have a busy week next week getting them done! But I took some shots of the fabric I’m working with – it’s a beautiful flannel. So soft and it’ll be nice and warm for cold winter nights. It’s six big print fabrics and then three small prints. The six big prints are all in separate quilts and then I’m using the small prints in each of the six quilts. When they’re done I’ll have to take a couple of shots.
