Spring has finally arrived at my house! My azalea is blooming out front and the trees are all blossomed. They’re so pretty! Last year I decided I needed to make the front of my house prettier so I called up one of my best friends and asked if she wanted to help me. So off to Home Depot we went to find all the pink flowers we could. 
Came home and started digging up the dirt. We didn’t realize it was going to be so hard! Georgia doesn’t have just dirt – we have clay. So once we got through the first inch or two of dirt, we had to dig through about a foot of clay deep and then several feet wide to plant all our flowers. But I’m very pleased with the results. So here is the azalea. The roses and other flowers haven’t bloomed yet.
And then there is this beautiful cherry tree not too far down from us. It’s beautiful.
Lastly, here is my new table!!
And for grins, here’s what my kitchen looked like before we redid it. We redid the floors, counters, walls, etc. And soon we will be replacing the appliances. The wallpaper was a pain to take down. Don’t you love that blue marble look wallpaper that they put in?

Your flower pix are beautiful! I just love when our flowers start blooming…i’m waiting for our lilacs to bloom!! We’re working on the landscaping around the house this year…so i can’t wait to pick out pretty flowers

Lori, your azaleas are beautiful. I am loving the cherry trees. I don’t see many cherry trees in NYC. I also love your new kitchen and table. Your kitchen has so much personality and looks more homey than it did before.
